Dear members
We
have been contacted by a member advising that members should carefully
check their beach house insurance policies as some policies exclude
cover if the house is unoccupied for more than 60 consecutive days, unless you have notified the insurer of this.
Also you should check the status of your cover if you rent your beach house to others, even on a casual basis.
